How to order?
Like something on our website? Order it online or by fax or phone. Orders received will be processed on the next business day. We will send you a confirmation email, and have your order sent out within 3 business days.

Shipping
Local orders (Singapore)

  1.  May be delivered to your doorstep for a fee of S$6.00 (for orders below S$90 nett)
  2.  May be picked up at our office. However, please inform us one day in advance.
  3.  Mailed to you through Singapore Post's AM Mail, Smartpac or private courier (we will advise you on the costs that apply)

international orders (non-Singapore)
By Registered Air Mail

Shipping and handling charges for international orders are generated based on the weight of your package. We ship via Singapore Post's Registered Air Mail service. Upon dispatch of your order, we will notify you of the tracking number for your package.

Kindly note that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage of merchandise in transit sent by post. We ask that an advance payment be made, prior to dispatch of your order.
Our post office/mail runs are scheduled on the afternoons of every Tuesday and Friday. Please note this schedule when anticipating your parcel's dispatch and/or arrival.
If you prefer an expedited shipment via private courier, please let us know. We will be happy to quote you the relevant shipping & handling charges, and arrange the shipment for you.

    1. Return Policy

      If you are unhappy with our product, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund in the form of MotherNeeds store credit. Return postage or courier charges will be borne by you.
      We can honor only the purchase price at which you acquired the product. We request that you contact us in advance, prior to returning your item to MotherNeeds. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. To expedite your exchange or return, please be advised that we can only accept returns if:
      1. Item is returned to MotherNeeds within 14 days of receipt;
      2. Item is not soiled, damaged or washed;
      3. Item is not worn other than for fitting; and
      4. Original invoice is included along in the return, however, if you are returning a gift, please include the name and address of the purchaser.
      5. For the purpose of hygiene, we regret that underwear (ie panties) are neither exchangeable nor refundable for MotherNeeds store credit. Kindly consult the sizing chart or drop us a line for help on sizing. Thank you for your kind understanding.
      For item exchange, we will send a confirmation email advising you of the shipping charges that apply, prior to our dispatch.
