How to Use the Stagen

![]() 2. Unroll the Stagen fabric and hold one end of it against your abdomen. |
![]() 3. With the free hand, wrap the remainder of the Stagen fabric around the back of your body and back to the abdomen again. |

![]() 4. Repeat this process. Avoid pulling it too tight, as the delicate hand-loomed fabric may tear. What you want to achieve is a snug fit without it being too tight. |
![]() 5. Continue wrapping your torso and you may wish to begin by pulling it downwards, to bind your hip and buttocks as well. |
![]() 6. When you have wrapped your hips sufficiently, gently pull the Stagen slightly upwards to wrap your upper abdomen. |

![]() 7. Overlapping of the wraps reinforces the support. When you have sufficiently wrapped your upper abdomen, continue wrapping (layering) any excess Stagen fabric around your torso. |
![]() 8. Finish it off by tucking the tail end securely. |
![]() 9. When done correctly, you should feel comfortably bound and more mobile in your movement. |
