Ordering Information
Like something on our website? Order it online or by fax or phone. If you wish to view the products, or try them for fit, before making your purchase, feel free to make an appointment for a scheduled viewing.

All items are priced in Singapore dollars. We currently accept payments in Singapore dollars by personal cheques (Singapore only), money order, bank direct transfer, and bank wire transfer. Credit card payment is processed via Paypal, orders paid by credit card will be in S$.

Order processing
Orders received will be processed on the next business day. We will send you a confirmation email, and have your order sent out within 3 business days.

For payment by personal cheque or money order, kindly make it out to "MotherNeeds". For personal cheques, kindly cross out "or bearer". If you have not opted for cash on delivery, payment may be sent to:

For payment by bank direct transfer or bank telegraphic transfer, kindly ensure funds remitted is in Singapore dollars. For telegraphic transfers, please include an additional S$10 for clearance fees imposed, if your order is below S$180.

Delivery
Local orders (Singapore & Indonesia) may be hand delivered for a fee of S$7.50 (for orders below S$75 or US$49 nett), or mailed to you through local parcel post (we will advise you on the costs that apply). Kindly note that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage of merchandise in transit sent via local parcel post. For local parcel post, we ask that an advance payment be made, prior to dispatching the delivery. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up the item(s) at our office.

For international orders (non-Singapore or -Indonesia), you may choose either Air Mail or UPS. Delivery time and charges may vary, depending on the weight of your package, your delivery location and chosen mode of delivery. We will advise you on the charges that apply for your chosen mode of delivery, in your final bill. Upon your agreement on the final bill, and remittance of payment, we will have your international delivery despatched to you. To expedite your order as well as minimize delays/costs associated with returns, kindly provide us with your bra size (example: 40C) for a sizing recommendation.

Our post office/mail runs are scheduled on the afternoon of every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please note this schedule when anticipating your parcel's dispatch and/or arrival.

Return policy
If you are unhappy with our product, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund (excluding shipping) in the form of MotherNeeds gift certificate. We can honor only the purchase price at which you acquired the product. We request that you contact us in advance, prior to returning your item to MotherNeeds. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. To expedite your exchange or return, please be advised that we can only accept returns if:

1. Item is returned to MotherNeeds within 14 days of receipt;

2. Item is not soiled, damaged or washed;

3. Item is not worn other than for fitting; and

4. Original invoice is included along in the return, however, if you are returning a gift, please include the name and address of the purchaser.

5. For the purpose of hygiene, we regret that underwear (ie panties) are neither exchangeable nor refundable for MotherNeeds store credit. Kindly consult the sizing chart or drop us a line for help on sizing. Thank you for your kind understanding.

For item exchange, we will send a confirmation email advising you of the shipping charges prior to its delivery.
