1. Place Gurita Ibu against your
back, allowing the
Gurita's arms to hang on your left and right. With
your non-working hand (I am right-handed, so I use
my left hand), hold the left flap against your abdomen.
2. With your working hand,
pull the right flap
over the left flap.
3. If the right flap overlaps beyond
the
left arms (i.e. if it is a little too large),
simply fold the right flap slightly inwards
to ensure the arms are not covered.
4. With your left hand, hold the
outer flap firmly
against your abdomen. Hold the top
(highest) arms of the left
and right flaps.
5. Tie the arms securely and snug.
(note: do not tie them too tight. You still
need to breathe!)
6. Continue tying each of the left
and right arms
as you progress downwards.
7. Finish off by tying the last (bottom most) arms.
8. When completely tied, your Gurita Ibu
should improve your mobility. (note: if you need
to adjust the tightness, you can redo your knots
easily at this point while the Gurita Ibu stays in place)
