I am breastfeeding my 26 month-old daughter, and am planning on another pregnancy. Should I wean her off or is it still safe to continue breastfeeding anyway?

I am currently breastfeeding my 10-month-old child. We are contemplating on having another child at a later date, but do not want to rely on birth control pills. What other types of contraceptives are there?

I had pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy and delivered my child via a C-section. Is it still possible for me to experience a normal vaginal birth after a C-section?

My blood pressure continues to remain high after 2 pre-eclamptic pregnancies and C-section deliveries. I am 38 years old, what risks would a third pregnancy pose for me given my past pregnancy conditions and my age?

My triple test results suggest a high probability for a Down Syndrome child. I understand an amniocentesis can help rule out a false alarm, although, the risk of miscarry is present. Is there any other test available, that poses less risk?

For my first childbirth, I had an episiotomy which ended up in an infection. If I opt out of an episiotomy for my next childbirth, and end up with lacerations, how would the healing of the lacerations compare with that of the episiotomy itself?
